The Customer Value Management (CVM) team is a centre of excellence within the business providing detailed market analysis to ensure that optimum value is delivered to the customer base.

It is a highly knowledge driven service demanding a mix of analytical and numerical ability, creativity and inter personal skills.

Academy have worked with Lloyds TSB since 1999 and are now working with the CVM team, helping to ensure that the various talents within the team are deployed to best effect. Academy have utilised a range of assessment tools and techniques, which have been employed in both a development and selection context. They have also managed recent Graduate Recruitment campaigns to select candidates from leading UK Universities into the CVM team.
