Academy was first established in 1992 as a multi disciplinary HR services company. Since then, we have worked with many organisations as they have responded to both changing circumstances in their markets and the socio-economic climate in general. Human Resource Management and Development functions have also changed significantly. Sometimes they have been the agents of change; sometimes they have had to respond to it. One thing is for sure, the pace of change will continue, as will the demands on the HR profession.
